Prospect enter their information into Thou Curator website join page /join
Join On Submit
After information from join page is submitted to our database they get the following email
- Email: Join Request /team/viewsetting?settingid=42
Prospect must wait for approval by a producer
Set to Active By Producer
After they are set to active they receive three more emails
- Email: Request Approved & Instruction /team/viewsetting?settingid=44
- Email: Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement /wiki/viewwiki?wikiid=1
- Email: Digital Assets Agreement /wiki/viewwiki?wikiid=10
Private Message
A private message is sent out to each new team member welcoming to the team
- Private Message: Welcome to Thou Curator /team/viewsetting?settingid=57
Assign Agenda
The member will then start participating in the kanban with the rest of the team. When he request to start by the PM sent out for sprint runs an agenda of his skill level will be created. If a skill level is unknown then a meeting will be hosted by the lead or producer to determine the area to get them going.
