Please complete the New Member Orientation agenda and get it approved by producers before requesting a rank increase.

If you are not new to your role and have some actual experience you may apply to be promoted within our team.  Submit a communication to our lead producer and explain what experience you have. We will review it and process your request to increase your rank if your experience is adequate.  Include the following in your message to our producers:

• A portfolio of your previous work, or screenshots of work. Most members use google drive and share it.
• A brief description of your strengths in the area you signed up for.
• List the CMS (Content Management Systems) with which you have experience.
• The average hourly salary at which you normally work.

Please understand that we will promote you if everything looks good however we also have a strong company policy for long-standing members so we will not take you up any higher than a  (Cpl) Corporal.
