Just following up on your conversation about the Unity licensing. It has come to our attention they have switch their licensing to a per seat license. So that mean in order to keep what we have we would have to purchase one license per member ($125) that accessed Unity as a team.

To save money we have decided that only the programmers will have access directly to the code base using our TFS code repository and not using the Unity cloud service.

Everyone is to download the personal edition of Unity3d and use it that way. We are currently working on an application that will sync us all without the use of the Unity Build and Cloud service. When then application is done we should be able to all work together without anyone but the programmers worrying about code related stuff. To keep up with this task you can review this agenda as needed. I estimate it will take about 2 to 3 weeks for deployment but after that it should be a cost friendly and user friendly application for everyone to enjoy.

@Team Ok I have the GUI and Config setting done. Here is a sample of the application as it is in beta it only check if a member is active or not. Please review it and if you have any questions let me know.

Once you download it open the file called "Utility.Member.Collaboration.exe".

Ok, I think It worked. It said "test successful" after I put in my user name and pass.

@Robert Mess around with it a bit it will seem like it lagging when you do a get latest or check in i will fix this later if this program is worth the effort.

Please do a both and let me know if you find any errors. After you do the get latest try the "Open Project" menu option.

So I opened it. It started Unity up, but then crashed? It sent me to some kind of bug report.

We are still using Unity 5.3.5f1 with this yes?

Maybe I'm missing something on my end?

I change the link below try it again please I did find a few bugs in it yesterday and early this morning. Install it over your current install.

@Robert Excellent sorry about last night I fell asleep waiting in the chat for it to finish.

@Team this is great news for us as now we can all work seamlessly together without a lot of overhead from other applications like Visual Studio 2015. This application lets us all work in Unity3d and keeps us all synced.

@Team I have updated the member collaboration application this version will allow it to update itself so everyone does not need to keep re-downloading it every time we had a feature or fix a bug.
