Tracker: Unable to upload assets to agenda

I just tried to upload a screenshot of an error to my agenda but each time I did I was met with an unexplained error. What could be the cause of this issue?

I do believe this has been fixed but you will need an agenda assigned to you to make sure. This was because of the agenda that was assigned to me this sprint. If you get this on the next sprint let me know on here.
