I suggest to start gathering a sound library of industrial sounds (metal, hammers, gears, etc.) like what James wanted, and once we collect enough, we can compile them into the B.G of a soundtrack. We already have one done thanks to Sean's In the Mech Bay, way to think ahead! I suggest that we still write one or two more pieces with clinking in the background so we have some variety. Maybe we can even just compile all the sounds to make a soundscape of industrial work with no music?!

I finished writing a piece a while back, but i didn't have the time to mix it and edit in sound effects, but I should have it up by next week. I think it would be good to be used at some sort of calm spot in the game. It is peaceful, yet with the feeling of despair, and hope.

Awesome Shayn! I am interested on listening to it when you complete it.

@Robert, the mech sounds are awesome by the way. How did you make them?

@Shayn, I can't take too much credit for thinking ahead with In The Mech Bay; it was an assigned task that was shelved! I think creating the sounds independently of the music will be better for future edits and to help us stay organised but it's definitely a good idea.

Sooooo, looks like I didn't accept the challenge. Again, I was out of the country and I'm not sure whether my laptop goes on strike outside the UK! What is our assignment guys?

I've been swamped this past week, so today is really my first day off, haha. I'll try and get it up later today.

The song is really more of an atmospheric thingy, so it has lots of breaks of just rain and wind sounds, but it has multiple sections, so I thought it would be cool if the sections could somehow be scrambled and played randomly
