Was able to setup the development enviroment using elements of the following page. If this is the incorrect enviroment let me know. I didn't install the visual studio 2013 express edition and seems like it's still missing the content pipeline, other than that the enviroment seems to be pretty solid.

What about Digital Runes did you get it install as well?

Did get it installed a few issues with the content folders not being accesible thru vs 2010 express. Still researching this part.

Why dont you try to get it to work in VS2013 we will be upgrading next week I am hoping. We already have a TFS 2013 server set up.
