I was thinking maybe we should come up with a formula to allow members that are leads to have a bonus in rank based off if they are a lead person in their role. Something like below might work, and if they lose the lead position this bonus is removed because if they lose it would mean they quit or just was not able to commet to the position of being a lead person. This would compensate for the time spent when leading like communication and small things leader do that dont get accounted for.

Rank = TotalDedicationTime * 0.25%

I would have to check the numbers but ruffly I want to say a lead spends an extra 6.48 hrs per week on other task based off the number I have seen that they dont get credit for.

I agree and i think our leads would appreciate the reconization for their efforts.
