Besides basic content editing, what features have made the biggest difference for your team? I'm interested in hearing about workflow management, permissions, search functionality, version history, scheduling, or anything else that improved productivity. Version history has been one of our most useful features. Being able to restore previous content has saved us several times.

Role-based permissions are essential. Different departments should only have access to the areas they actually need.
